1. About this notice

This Cookie Notice explains which cookies and similar technologies VisionPictures LLC, the operator of Rayberg, uses on rayberg.ai and in our apps. It supplements our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information.

2. What we use

We use only cookies and browser storage that are needed to run the Services and the features you use. We do not use analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not set cookies of our own.

Sign-in cookies from Clerk. Our authentication provider Clerk sets cookies on our domain that keep you signed in and protect your session.
Browser storage. Your browser’s local storage, session storage and cache storage keep your settings (for example language, theme and accent color), unsent drafts and cached media on your device, so the studios work the way you left them. This data stays on your device; clearing your browser data removes it.

3. Cookies on our domain

These cookies are set by Clerk. Their exact names can carry a suffix, and Clerk may adjust them when it updates its service.

Clerk’s sign-in service may also store cookies on the domain it runs on. See Clerk’s privacy policy.

4. Payments and other providers

When you buy a plan, add-on or token pack, you complete the payment on Stripe’s checkout page. Stripe sets its own cookies there to process the payment and prevent fraud, under its cookie policy. We do not load Stripe on our own pages.

Some files, such as web fonts, are loaded by your browser directly from other providers. They do not set cookies on our domain, but they receive your IP address. The providers are listed in section 6 of our Privacy Policy.

5. Your choices

You can view, block and delete cookies and browser storage in your browser’s privacy settings. If you block Clerk’s cookies, you cannot sign in. If you clear browser storage, your settings, drafts and cached media on that device are reset.

Because we only use what is needed to run the Services, we do not show a cookie consent banner. “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals do not change how the Services work today, because we do not track you across websites. If we ever add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this notice and our Privacy Policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

6. Changes to this notice

We may update this Cookie Notice when the Services change. We will post the new version here with a new date.
