Questions
What is a token?
A token is the unit we charge for generations. One Rayberg 1K image costs 9 tokens; higher resolutions and premium models cost more. Video is billed per second — a 5-second RAYBERG CINEMA clip (720p) is 219 tokens. You always see the exact price before submitting, and the full price list is on the costs page.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans cost 20% less than paying month-to-month: you pay 12 months × 0.8 once a year (e.g. Pro $662 instead of $828). Your full year of tokens — 12 monthly allotments — is credited upfront in one go when the yearly invoice is paid, and unused tokens roll over as usual.
Do tokens roll over between months?
Yes — unused tokens stay on your balance, and your monthly grant is added on top at every renewal. Top-up tokens work the same way: they stick around until you spend them.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel from your account dashboard. You keep access until the end of the billing period; the plan does not renew. Already-paid amounts are not prorated or refunded unless the law requires it, and granted tokens stay on your account while it is open. Once the plan has ended, your account is on the Free plan, where generated files older than 30 days are deleted — download what you want to keep.
Are payments refundable?
Generally no. Plan subscriptions, add-ons, model passes and token packs are final once they are delivered, except where the law gives you a right to withdraw or a refund — for example as a consumer in the EU, the UK or Switzerland (see our Terms of Service at rayberg.ai/terms). If a generation fails due to a provider error, the reserved tokens auto-refund to your balance (this is an internal correction, not a money refund). For technical issues on our side that block you from spending purchased tokens, contact hello@rayberg.ai.
What models are included?
All — GPT Image 2, Nano Banana Pro, Seedream 4 / 4.5 / 5-lite, Imagen 4, Seedance 2.0 and 2.5, Kling, Veo, OmniHuman 1.5, ElevenLabs, fal.ai Flux. The model picker shows live token cost per call.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. New accounts get 50 tokens on sign-up + 200 more when you confirm your email — no card required. All 250 together are enough for about 27 images (Rayberg 1K) or 11 clips of 5s (Seedance 1.5 Fast 720p). The 200-token email bonus is granted once per email address. Disposable email addresses do not qualify, and we limit bonuses per network to prevent abuse.
The counts on the cards are floors at the rungs named on them — a 4K frame or a flagship engine costs more per unit. Every model and tool, priced per image, per second and per run, is on the cost reference.
